Two reasons behind it. No.1, selfishness is the center. Most people today are too selfish, they even don't care about other people who are around them, they do whatever they want casually. So, here is the problem. No.2, we couldn't find some regulations or laws behind this trend. You know, the mass media or local government should be encouraged to make the change. Here are my points.
