When creating powerful learning content, an organization and its practitioners need to do more than follow a simple series of steps. There are a collection of different cultural values and practices that must be addressed in order to deliver learning that reaches its full potential, and be a rich and enjoyable experience for the audience. Three team members from the Canada School of Public Service (CSPS), will share stories about applying Learning Experience Design (LXD), the application of Design Thinking for the development of learning experiences and products.
