Our guest today is the Head Coach of LMU Lions Aaron Mansfield. On this episode Aaron discuss his maturation process as a coach from his beginnings at UCSB, to Santa Clara and now LMU. He talks about wanting to become the first non-power 5 school to win a ring. The difference between the Art and the Science of being a good leader and his stance on how importance the mental side of the game really is.
