In honor of all our delusional New Year’s resolutions, we’re bringing you the masterpiece that is Blood, Sweat and Lies. The movie follows a psycho gym instructor, Trey, who gets just a tad bit obsessed with one of his new clients. This movie MAY have you rethink your 2022 fitness goals. To even out the scale (no pun intended), we welcome Megan’s favorite Soul Cycle instructor, Diego Gasca, to tell us if all gym instructors are as psycho as Trey.
