In ep 16 I give little details of one of the books I have been writing.

And trying to shift the stigma behind the conditioning to default to feeling sad for another human when they share with you that their relationship is taking a pause or ending.
The ending of a relationship doesnt have to always be sad. It can also be a much needed gift that deserves to be celebrated.
