Thats right in this blog I have recorded a Happiness Free Coaching and also Hypnotherapy/Hypnosis Session MP3. It covers my last blog on Happiness where I go into that Happiness is not something we need to acquire but instead its something we become. That its always there within you.
In this podcast which is also available on iTunes here - I give you the insight and practical advice needed to be happy and then guide you into a trance to tap into the inner resources of you, combined with learnings so that you can be happy in this moment.
I also add becoming more confident and developing a higher self esteem being good enough and worthy - why? Because you are amazing, I believe in you and its time for you to know that too.
