Just a quick round-up of various updates before the opening of the Oldtime Yuletide Advent Calendar!

Yes, it's time for our annual commentary track for one of the classic BBC Ghost Stories for Christmas! This year we have reached 1975, and Lawrence Gordon Clark's version of The Ash-Tree by MR James, adapted for the screen by David Rudkin.

In this show we take a look at a quartet of recent Ghost Stories for Christmas created by Mr Mark Gatiss which have at long last been collected together and released on DVD! Hence we have a welcome revisits to The Tractate Middoth (2013) , The Dead Room (2018), Martins Close (2019) and The Mezzotint (2021)!
