Wow, well done guys! Fantastic! That was his first response when he saw the results of the covid-19 vaccine from Pfizer – and that was coming from someone with more than 40 years of experience with developing vaccines. He worked in academia, but then switched to business and spent 14 years as the VP and Head of Discovery Research and External R&D at Sanofi-Pasteur. Today he is a Visiting Professor at the University of Oxford and University of Reading and a consultant for biotechnology companies. He is also one of the broader group of scientists who advise the UK government on how to handle the pandemic.
