The month of May is Mental Health Awareness month, and we put together a series on Nebraska student athletes and their journeys with mental health, and the importance of the Sports Psychology Department. Our final story featured Husker Volleyball’s Kenzie Knuckles, and her battle with panic disorder. On this special episode, hear Kenzie’s extended interview, as well as from head coach John Cook, who sat down with Jessica Coody to talk about Kenzie’s journey, his own mental health journey, the emphasis Nebraska volleyball places on the mental aspect of the sport, and more.
