It might be bye week, but there’s no rest for Husker247 as Michael Bruntz and Mike Schaefer get together to talk about the first half of the season and to preview what’s to come for the Huskers. Things start to pickup after a quick baseball postseason discussion with a conversation about Nebraska’s defensive line. The Huskers have really rebuilt its front in an offense and the two walk through individually some of the strong performances and some guys who are going to be assets in the future. Then there’s talk of the linebackers and the strong work from Rob Dvoracek in short time to help the Huskers not just flourish, but also overcome the loss of Luke Reimer, while maximizing the skillsets of uniquely different players.
