Zack Kusnir is a former Division I football player. He played defensive tackle at the University of Southern California. After football, Zack trimmed down to 205 lbs after a career of trying to work up to nearly 300 lbs. He did this with consistent strength work and a ketogenic diet, and recently has targeted adding muscle.
