I've been talking about this a lot on my Instagram stories, the process of unraveling. The process of coming face to face with your conditioning and choosing different. The mind f*ck of it all is that you have to challenge every part of yourself and who you've known yourself to be .... only to BEGIN to understand your conditionings. And then you let it all unravel.
This is an account of my personal experience. It's part 1 because it's only the beginning.
