In this episode we are continuing our series about caring for and supporting each type.
We will be exploring the challenges of the Sacral types, the Generators and Manifesting Generators.
There are similarities between these two types in that they are the only 2 types with sacral definition, and therefore, the sacral response.
But we also recognize that they are differences between the 2, and in this episode, we will dig into what sets them apart.
We will also be giving you ways you can support your Generator or MG (i.e. communication styles, energy management, etc.) to help build healthier relationships.
If you are a Generator or MG yourself, this episode will help you communicate to those around you what it is You need to feel supported and understood.
