Operating at a senior level in some of the most complex organisations within the policing and criminal justice sectors. Brings extensive experience of youth crime diversion, policy and strategy development and scrutiny of operational performance in addition to leading on a wide range of issues under the inclusion and equality agenda. He is passionate about supporting people who are socially excluded and up-skilling them to play their full part in society.
