Kay Allen's objective is to mobilise others to deliver a BIG change. There is clear research across the globe which demonstrates the many opportunities and advantages of building a society where age is irrelevant. Kay wants to discover why recommendations already made in thought leadership, research on age irrelevance have not been widely adopted. They want to identify the barriers that stop society from embracing their vision where phases of life are automatically enabled into the general narrative of society.
