Kul Mahay has over 3 decades experience in the leadership space.  He works with organisations and leaders to develop powerful cultures of high value, and performance which is built all around their people.

Barry is the Former Head of Inclusion & Diversity for British Transport Police (BTP); joining the service in January 2007. As the former Head of Inclusion & Diversity his role was to lead the equality, diversity and inclusion agenda for BTP throughout England, Scotland and Wales. Barry has campaigned tirelessly for better diversity and inclusion practices in policing and was honoured to be presented with a Highly Commended ‘Julie Barnes Frank Award for Excellence in LGBT Policing’.
