On this episode he's chatting with Sal Naseem, who amongst other leadership and diversity roles is the Regional Director for London for the Independent Office for Police Conduct. On February 1st, 2022 the IOPC published their recommendations made to the Metropolitan Police Service. Their report found evidence of bullying and discrimination within the ranks.
