Kul Mahay has over 3 decades experience in the leadership space. He works with organisations and leaders to develop powerful cultures of high value, and performance which is built all around their people.

Spencer has lived a very busy career over many years, and truly believes in the power of emotional intelligence when it's embedded into company cultures and leadership thinking. He's involved in politics, been the Governor of all of the NHS Foundation hospitals across Sheffield, managing a billion-pounds worth of budget, and in 2015 he founded "Union Blue".
