IDA provides a wide range of services to support companies expanding into the European market. O’Loughlin started his career with IDA based in Dublin, working in the pharmaceutical industry, before being promoted to a role in the New Forms of Investment Division. More recently, O’Loughlin has been appointed to Seattle, an important location for IDA Ireland where he works with companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, and many others.
