Karl transformed his health and his life by discovering his true self  and connecting with his power and his heart as part of a  three-year journey recovering from a chronic illness, one  which kept him mostly housebound. Through this journey,  Karl learned a great deal about the importance of  aligning his mind, emotions, nervous system, and physical  body, and how to balance masculine and feminine traits  within himself to become a purposeful and impact-driven  leader.  Karl facilitates men’s workshops and will be hosting a  leadership intensive, The Leadership Brotherhood, in  2021.
