Déborah De Pauw : het aanwerven van Young Potentials is al jaren een belangrijk onderdeel van de Proximus rekruteringsstrategie.

Ook voor 2013 is Proximus op zoek naar masterstudenten die dit jaar afstuderen en interesse hebben om hun loopbaan bij Proximus, marktleider in telecommunicatie, te starten. Dankzij een vernieuwende online campagne ‘The 25’ (the25.be) wordt de zoektocht naar 25 nieuwe Young Potentials een unieke en interactieve belevenis.

Deze campagne past perfect in de Employer Branding-strategie waarbij het accent ligt op de bedrijfscultuur en waarden, de nood aan jong talent en de carrièremogelijkheden binnen de Groep.

Het Young Potential programma geeft ons de kans een Win-win situatie te creëren, zowel voor de afstuderende studenten als voor de Groep zelf. Door elk jaar Young Potentials aan te werven, waait een frisse wind door het bedrijf wat resulteert in innovatieve ideeën en een andere ‘jongere’ kijk op bepaalde problematieken. Déborah De Pauw, HR consultant en recruiter geeft in deze “Young Potential” podcast meer uitleg over het programma zelf en de strategie die hierbij gevolgd werd (± 15 minuten).
