She has developed the iEngageU platform-an ALL inclusive set of business systems for business owners and has delivered engaging and thought-provoking DEI speeches and training to thousands of network marketers across the United States and Globally. She has facilitated DEI training and consulted with companies such as Arbonne International, Rodan & Fields, and Forma Therapeutics.
