Barry is an award-winning HR professional who spent many years running large recruitment & HR functions in a variety of global industries, before embarking on a varied portfolio career.
Barry helps organizations adapt to the changing world of work and use advanced HR tech to solve complex people-related business problems. In the past, he’s been a board-level HRD, Head of Talent, Head of ER/IR, Head of Recruitment, OD, and Programme Head. He now spends his time working with HR Technology start-ups, consulting and practicing with Private Equity and Venture Capital businesses to help portfolio companies build for growth and commentating on the developing world of work.
