Tech expert and elections veteran Myla Villanueva heads the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting, with nearly 500,000 volunteers across the country. While she emphasizes that the PPCRV is non-partisan, Myla says the group upholds the values mentioned in the preamble of our Constitution—“maka-Diyos, makabayan, makatao, maka-kalikasan”—and urges Filipinos to vote for candidates who embody these.
