"I hear a lot about this "3 second rule"... to approach a woman before anxiety kicks in. That makes sense but I often find myself debating whether a woman is alone or not. This causes anxiety for me since I would not know how to deal with it. If you outline some strategies so I feel more comfortable then I will stop using that as an excuse to not approach. Any advice?"
