He's the founder of Karma House Bali, Conscious Arts Tattoos, Full Reset Coaching and a founding partner in YogiLab, Lighthouse Bali, and Lotus House Vancouver. From growing up in a rough area in Vancouver to spiritual development in Asia, Aren's seen his world shift from the life on the edge in organized crime to meditation and yoga in the Himalayas where he learned to live a life of generosity, connection, and compassion. Random facts about Aren include he's a blackbelt kickboxer, 500hr yoga teacher, certified life coach, and has over 400 hours of tattoos on him. He prides himself on being way weirder and kinder than he looks.
