After 2 decades we have a UN High Seas Treaty and there is hope for protecting the ocean in international waters, but there is an important step that needs to be taken...the treaty needs to be ratified by the countries. There are great reasons to ratify this treaty, specifically 4 important actions that will help the world and its ocean. Therefore, it is time that the people of the countries who need to ratify this treaty need to tell their politicians to ratify this bill.
