Antoine Martel is a 24-year-old real estate entrepreneur. He started investing in real estate while at university and has since bought and sold over 150 homes and multiple apartment buildings. He currently lives in LA where he runs martelturnkey.com, a turnkey rental company that buys and sells over 100 homes a year. They invest in markets like Memphis, Cleveland, Birmingham, and Saint Louis. Antoine also has a highly educational podcast entitled "A Millennial's Guide to Real Estate Investing."
