Zach Beach works with smartrealestatecoach.com, located in Newport, Rhode Island. He works alongside his wife, Kayla, brother-in-law, Nick, father-in-law, Chris, and a great support team. He's a successful real estate investor, completing over 100 deals in under 3 years and continues to buy and sell property without using his own cash, credit or investor's money. Zach is co-authoring their second book, The New Rules of Real Estate Investing. At age 25, Zach decided to jump into the family real estate business. It was one of the first big risks he took in his life, and nothing was guaranteed. He didn't know anything about real estate, so through hard work, in-house training and implementation, Zach has now completed these 100 deals and growing. Additionally, he coaches students around the country on how to buy and sell property just like his family does.
