Returning to work is not easy, especially for new parents.
You’ve probably had an extended time off. Your routine is different, your priorities are different, and life is different - you have a child now! So going back to work will never be the same as before.
It is hard to adjust to your new normal, but I am going to share five ways you can shift your mindset to deal with this big change.
