We talk about her struggle with post natal depression and how she used alcohol to ease those feelings which eventually became quite dysfunctional and Beck found her self sneaking booze, hoping her husband woudn't notice. We talk about socialising sober and how to keep yourself content if you are a pre-party pre-loader.
