Show Notes
In this episode, I have a beautiful conversation with Shane Tuner the Rock N Roll Yogi.
Shane grew up on the Gold Coast, living hard and partying hard. He was a landscape gardener who changed his life when he discovered yoga. A slow transition and big shifts in personal belief patterns has helped Shane rebuild in the person he is today.
We talk about men being able to be soft while retaining their masculinity, ingrained childhood fears.
Shane will be running a men's workshop and yoga class, details will be up here as soon as they come in.
