Show Notes

As we approach the Summer Solstice, it's a perfect time to celebrate Juneteenth and more.

This week, Sammie highlights the Juneteenth Family Festival at the Oakland Cemetery, which will feature live music, food vendors, children's storytelling, a libations ceremony, and more. Additionally, Sammie can't resist the Yappy Hour at The Hamilton Hotel Alpharetta, where you can bring your fur babies and meet adoptable pets and enjoy a cocktail.

Mike is excited about the Black Coffee Fest, which will showcase coffee, financial freedom, entrepreneurship, and community through the love of coffee, music, and workshops. Mike also has his eyes and ears on the 96-Hour Opera Festival, a celebration of emerging creative talents from historically under-recognized communities, offering a path into the art of opera.
