Coon hunters can become very passionate about the sport. Some call it a disease, others an obsession. Spouses and close friends often shake their heads at the amount of time we spend engaged in the sport itself in addition to the peripheral aspects of coon hunting embodied in time spent on social media and in telephone communications when we aren’t hunting.
