Episode 81: Finding the Right Career

<p>This month, we are focused on the topic of careers and entrepreneurship. To find a career that is the right fit, it’s important to not only understand WHAT we want but WHO we are - what are we good at? Understanding our personal strengths, weaknesses, and work values is not a one-time exercise. It requires a lot of patience, dedication, and active energy to understand ourselves, and also account for all the ways in which we change over the span of our working years.</p> <p>To prepare for this episode, we each took a number of evaluation tests that measure our skills, personality preferences, and work values.
