capital：資本
指的是公司或個人用來投資、創業或生產商品與服務的金錢或其他資產。
例句：The company raised more capital to expand its business.
該公司募集了更多資本以擴展其業務。
liability：負債
指一個人或公司需要承擔的債務或義務，通常是要在未來償還的金額。
例句：The company has a large liability to pay back the bank loan.
該公司有一筆巨額債務需要償還銀行貸款。
equity：股權
在商業中指股權，也就是股東在公司中擁有的股份與權益，通常以百分比表示。股權代表了對公司利潤、資產及決策權的部分擁有權。
例句：She owns 40% equity in the startup.
她在這間新創公司擁有 40% 的股權。
securities：證券
可以買賣的金融資產，如股票、債券等，代表對資產或收益的權利。
例句：Stocks and bonds are common types of securities.
股票和債券是常見的證券類型。
yield：收益率
指投資帶來的收益率，通常以百分比表示，代表投資回報與投入資金的比例。
例句：The bond offers a 5% annual yield.
這張債券的年收益率為 5%。
