What is a woman?
God created man in His own image, personally breathing life into the lungs of the first man, Adam. God provided Adam a place to live in a beautiful garden to provide food and shelter and work. And God saw that all of creation was good, except for one thing: Adam was alone.
In this week's study, we will finish Genesis 2 and look at how God meets Adam's greatest need in the creation of woman. We'll look at what it means that she was created like man but also his opposite, and why God is the one with the ultimate right to define things in His creation like gender and marriage.
