God's will be done; or my will be done?
Our modern American society places a high value on freedom, independence, and self-determination. And many churches in the US love verses like: "He who the Son sets free is free indeed" (John 8:36). But if Christ came to set us free, why did the apostles who wrote the New Testament call themselves slaves of Christ?
This week we take a break from our study through Genesis to hear a special Bible study from Pastor Rik on what it means to be a bondservant of Christ in a modern world that values self above all else.
