In this episode I discuss the phenomenon of pressure and the importance of tuning into our own daily pressures as an equestrian. Within the episode I share a condensed pressure audit that will help bring some perspective and personal awareness to your pressure and how it effects your relationship with your horse. Pressure is something that we all know well, but it was the brilliance of Beth Anstandig that truly tuned me into the need to improve my understanding of it and ability to attend to it for the betterment of my horsemanship and communication as a whole.
