THIS is an episode that started when I was fully "BUGSY" .. aka having major anxiety while driving the high way that I've driven my entire adult life... but after having this "break" from my "normal life"... I was thrown back into a situation that I equate with a very stressful and frustrating commute .... I was going to cut the recording pretty quickly because I was so overwhelmed and then started to drive in circles... but I kept recording ... and I am SO happy I did.
