Sophie popped into the Lacrosse Australia's Major League Sixes Tournament which is being held in Adelaide 13-15 November.
Lacrosse Sixes is the face paced, high scoring Olympic format of lacrosse.
Sophie spoke with people from across the Australian lacrosse community to learn about the Sixes format and how they are preparing for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics Games.
Saturday 15th November is the final day of the tournament. Head along and see top national squad athletes taking the field - you'll see these athletes speed, skills and athleticism in Lacrosse Sixes!
First game starts at 11:00am, with the Finals at 7:30pm and 8:45pm
