The US, Argentina and Israel voted against it and almost all of Europe abstained from voting. A clip went around social media last week of a kid at his high school in Illinois shouting about how he's pro-ICE durning an anti-ICE protest. In comes another kid saying "I'm going to punch you" and then he does just that.
