Show Notes

Angela Watkins is a psychologist who shares her insights into how we can cope with COVID-19. This is a realistic yet reassuring look at the way that the Coronavirus is impacting us as individuals and on a global level. She gives us tips for managing stress and anxiety during this unprecedented time of uncertainty and ways that we can maintain social distancing, whilst thinking about our own self care. Angela shares strategies for parents on how that can manage home learning with their children. Angela and I discuss the differences between SARS and COVID-19, as we were both in Hong Kong during SARS. She reminds of of ways that we can bounce back after COVID-19 is over.
