Show Notes

The research has been done, and the law review articles have been written.

@Honeypacpod, along with LSAC and anyone else who reads these scholar's research, have evidence that the LSAT is a psychometrically unsound examination, and it's time that we abandon it from a practical, ethical and logical perspective. It has no place in a world that looks for equity in justice.

Thinking the LSAT is racist isn't a fringe or unpopular musing – it's a fact.

Look at the data, and look at the research of these professors.

It's time for the LSAT to be abolished.
