Russell has published the book The Pluralism Within: a Reconstruction of Theological Anthropology based on Soren Kierkegaard and Luce Irigaray and edited Creating Women’s Theology: A Movement Engaging Process Thought. She has also co-edited Augustine and Kierkegaard, with Kim Paffenroth.
