Recently I had a friend ask me how I pray. She explained that she hadn't prayed in a really long time and it was a little scary to start praying again. This conversation is so tender to me, In this episode I chat about how simple prayer can be. I simply PRAISE + POUR OUT. Our heavenly Father is always listening, always an arm stretch and whisper away. If prayer is scary for you, it's okay. If you have church hurt, it okay. If you have fallen away, Its okay.
He loves you even when you're not sure what to think or make of him.
