Havoc The Mouthpiece is the West Coast gangsta rapper/impresario played an important role in South Central Cartel's success as one of the more recognized early- to late-'90s rap collectives to come from Los Angeles. Not to be confused with Havoc from Mobb Deep. Havoc also aided in SCC being signed to Def Jam and he is son of Robert "Squirrel" Lester who was a founding member of the legendary soul group The Chi-Lites.
