- wash your hands with soap and water
- quarantine if you're not feeling well -- even if you don't have "typical" COVID-19 symptoms.
- social distancing (groups of 10 or less)
- use a cleaning solution that is at least 60-70% alcohol
- don't travel unless it is absolutely necessary
- stay hydrated
- get fresh air (it's okay to go outside!)
- try to avoid highly processed or sugary foods, as comforting as they may be
- find a mindfulness practice that works for YOU (e.g. breathwork, prayer, journaling, meditation)
