Unfortunately, chronic stress and anxiety becomes more than just a mental or emotional condition. It can have a number of physiological results, such as leaky gut, food sensitivities, bloating, and an upset microbiome. Your body is constantly in reactive mode, which disrupts multiple systemic functions.
