Pretending Prince Sebastian Habsburg died at the Helm of Titanic (under the pseudonym “Ed J Smith”) in 1912, does not legally or morally justify the Habsburg Royal Family estate being illegally withheld from the owners of the estate since he really died in 1960.
The owners are anyone who is currently a legitimate Duke, Duchess, Lord, or Lady (including myself).
Prince Sebastian Habsburg (my Great-Grandfather) was the sole owner of the Habsburg Royal Family estate between 1916 and 1960. All his legitimate children (beneficiaries) were in Australia and using the surname “Webb” at the time.
People pretending there was no eligible beneficiary of my Webb the Habsburg Family estate, when it was confirmed that successor to be Charles and Emperor Franz-Joseph 1 were murdered during WW1 in 1916, does not justify illegally withholding the estate from the owners. Even if people pretend Prince Sebastian really died in 1912.
That is regardless of any plans to steal the Habsburg Royal Family estate off the owner(s) after the Titanic disaster, that may have included plans to steal Prince Sebastians identity after the incident.
The fact that Prince Sebastian Habsburg survived the Titanic incident does not make the murder of successor to be Charles and Emperor Franz-Joseph 1 his fault.
The murder of successor to be Charles and Emperor Franz-Joseph 1 during WW1 does not make the Habsburg Royal Family estate “vacant with no owners” if people pretend Prince Sebastian died at the helm of Titanic in 1912.
